Established in 1956 an emphasis on quality combined with investment in Cad/Cam Systems and "state of the art" machining centers has yielded fast, yet cautious growth. In the year two thousand Durma finished construction of their two new and very modern ISO 9001 factories, which total nearly 1,000,000 square feet. Today Durma has grown to be Europe's largest, and the world's second largest, builder of shears and brakes.
